The heavy-duty motor supports gates weighing up to 1400 lbs. and up to 50 ft. in length. Comes with high base, 20 Ft chain and chain mounting hardware. This kit comes with extra accessories: Wireless Keypad, Photocells and Push-button. 2-year warranty!
